• 6.All the defined terms shall have the same meaning as mentioned in terms and conditions mentioned on ibibo.com unless specifically defined in these T & C.
• 7. It is assumed that User who is subscribing had read both the terms and conditions i.e. these T & C as well as terms and conditions mentioned on ibibo.com.
• 8.For using the Services, User must be above 18 years of age and must be a citizen of India. User should have a firm contractual capacity. However, that by using accessing/using the game "My Girl" in any manner whatsoever User must be above 21 years of age.
• 9.Without limiting the above, if the User subscribed without specifically accepting the T & C, even then he will be bound by these T & C.
• 10.Company may charge service charges for his Service(s) as determined from time to time.
